On a Saturday in December, my family and I volunteered at FMSC (Feed My Starving Children) in Aurora. We assembled food packets for Haiti, the Philippines and the Dominican Republic. There was 50 plus people volunteering and our 2 hour time slot broke the record for the most cases of food packets assembled—269!
A Halloween Party at Premier Posture Health and Wellness was held for new and established patients. Patients learned about Young Livings Essentials Oils, patient screenings on AcuGraph that shows in color presentations, their Qi imbalances, a 15 minute stress and anxiety acupuncture treatment and mini chiropractic consultations. Patients and office staff dressed up in costumes which added to the festivities.
